In the footsteps of lesbians on the Plateau-Mont-Royal

In collaboration with the Lesbian Archives of Quebec, the MEM is pleased to offer you a guided tour around the Plateau-Mont-Royal, visiting places that are emblematic of Montreal's lesbian communities. Come and explore the traces, both tangible and intangible, of the golden age of these communities in the neighborhood in the 1980s and 1990s. From parks and shops to Plateau streets and apartments, this walk highlights the places frequented by the residents, activists, artists, students and professionals who worked to make lesbians visible in Montreal.
